We used these rooms as the foundation for the entire staging plan, allowing their tone and materiality to guide the rest of the home. The result is a seamless flow of drama, richness, and architectural intention throughout all 7,000+ square feet.

At the top of the home sits the Sky Lounge—one of the most challenging and rewarding spaces in the project.
Large-scale rooms can be difficult. Without the right balance, they either feel empty or overwhelming. In luxury staging, scale is everything.
The turning point for this space was a single piece: an inky blue-black sofa that grounded the room and introduced a moody, editorial tone.
From there, we layered intentionally:
