Home staging
Why Stage? Because your first showing happens online. We design for that moment.
We don't decorate homes. We tell stories buyers want to step into.
Each year, Michael Fowler Creative transforms more than 200 homes across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Every staging is intentionally designed for listing photography, digital marketing, and the way buyers shop for homes today—creating memorable spaces that inspire stronger interest, generate more showings, and often go under contract in less than a week.
“I picked up a sitting listing that had been on market for 4+ months. After a refresh, I called Michael and his team in! The house went under contract in 2 days for $25K over its previously listed sale price!”
Other stagers deliver furniture. We deliver a point of view.

A home shouldn't appeal to everyone. It should be irresistible to the right buyer.
