This time it was the most adorable albeit oddly shaped one-bedroom in Arlington. Spaces like these are when staging is especially important. It’s small, and the rooms are oddly shaped. So I had to show the buyers how you could lay it out so they could envision themselves in the space. It has a great outdoor space I got to take a crack at too. I’ve been loving Persian-inspired rugs lately. You likely saw them in my last post, and I used another one in this one. Love the look!
