What a cool first for me! I got to collaborate with local artist Kim Cooper and her amazing art in this project and was so excited to do it. When the agent said, I have an artist who is going to feature their art in your staging, I held my breath. I mean, what if it was crap? Or worse yet, cat paintings? When she sent me the video of the pieces I was so relieved and super excited. She is SO talented. I would even buy some of her art for myself if it wasn't out of my price range! The condo itself has some cool features too, like the funky live edge staircase, but had a challenging layout. It's long and skinny. I think this lended itself well to the art gallery vibe we went for in this project though. Smart choice on the agent's part!
