These are a few of my favorite things... if I were to put all of my current obsessions in my inventory into one house, this would be it. The Marconi Sofa from CB2 as well as these gorgeous chairs from Mayfair and of course the beautiful rug from Arvin Olano just make sense together. Combined with these new stunning dining chairs I got, and this is one sexy home. The first thing I said to the agents when they sent me photos was "Holy ____, that is a lot of shelves." As usual, we rocked it out and got it done. The lower level, I figured it's a basement, may as well have some fun. Add lots of color, a little whimsy, and of course one of my fun prints from Head West Print s and bing, bang, bong, you have a fun income unit or guests suite.
