Straight off the plane from my 40th birthday trip and right back at it! This time it’s a 2 bed/2.5 bath in Capitol Hill. The previous listing staging did this home no favors, and I hoped to highlight the large amount of space this home has. With all the light pouring in and newly painted walls, it was easy to make it gorgeous. The challenge was the reddish floors. I wanted to offset these with lots of white and light-colored furnishings, decor, and accents.
