I am really getting into doing these new construction model units. They are so much fun! This was also another relaunch. I knew I had to ensure that whatever we did caught the buyers' attention to get it sold this time. So this called for lots of color and sculptural furniture and, in this neighborhood, lots of sexiness. I hope you agree that we achieved that! This was the second project that we had done in the building. Check out my previous work featuring unit #8.
