Taking an aging listing and breathing new life into it has become one of my favorite things to do. Being allowed to reinvent a space is such a cool experience. Once again, I collaborated with the powerhouse duo, Kat and Pfashema to make this home come alive for their developers. I love working with these ladies because while they always want me to make it look great, they also challenge me to make it fun, add more color, and make it as interesting as I can. This penthouse is located in Logan Circle and I had to make sure it was as cool and hip (and sexy) as the neighborhood surrounding it.
