Home staging by Michael Fowler Creative
The seller texted me about paying their invoice, and I immediately clocked their Houston area code. As much as I have abandoned my Texas roots, there's still a thrill when you meet someone from your hometown. One of the last things he said to me was "If you have any Texas decor, feel free to put it in there." Say no more y'all! I have lots of fun art from Head West Prints and made sure y'all got to see "Y'ALL" right when you all walked in. This home was on the market for a long time, utilizing virtual staging. The issue with virtual staging is that once the buyers enter the rooms, they still can't visualize furniture. They are still empty. So until buyers start walking around with VR headsets, which I don't think is that far off, we will still need furniture in the rooms you can touch, feel, and experience to see how a house operates once they buy the home and move in. Hopefully, real staging can help this home sell for my fellow Texan. This home was marketed by Liz Kaiser Saunders of EMK Residential at Compass. 1741 Gales Pl NE Washington, DC 20002 Offered at: $624,000.
