The tiniest condo that almost killed me. This condo was one that I had plenty of time for. Agent gave me ample notice to plan, etc. I was staging 3-4 houses at the same time, so it was on my radar but didn't scare me enough to get my attention. It was also small, so I was ambivalent to it. I had my entire team that day, it was going to be in and out. A confluence of events left me short handed and running behind to begin with. Then I had the brilliant idea to get several items from IKEA. You know, the same IKEA that destroys relationships and sends people into nervous breakdowns. I literally finished this as the photographer was walking in the next morning. I have never had that happen and I usually pad my schedule to make sure I deliver projects early. Yikes. Lesson learned... no IKEA that you have to build. That bedspread though... that's cute.
