When someone calls and asks if you can stage a 1962 Goodman-designed barrel roof 4BD, you say YES and bring your best mid-century modern game, including some period pieces, like the Bent SIllberg coffee table, and vintage art. When a seller hires me to stage just part of the home, one of the biggest compliments I can receive as a stager is that when they see what I did, they almost immediately regret not doing it all. This was the case with this home. They realized the value of staging almost immediately and wanted more. Ultimately, we didn't do it, but it's still a compliment.
