This stunning unit in Arlington is SEXY. It deserved the sexiest staging that also didn't interfere or distract from the selling feature of the home, the walls and walls of windows. The staging is sexy on its own, but also fades away to reveal the stunning windows and wrap around outdoor space. It must've worked. Multiple offers and a whopping TWO DAYS on the market. This one I will take a bit more of the credit for as the buyer was West Coast based and only saw it in photos. The power of staging is especially prevalent here.
