Back to where it all started... an origin story. Many of you already know, I used to be a realtor exclusively. I staged for my own clients but I didn't do it for other agents. Then, my friend and fellow Realtor Lance Macon asked me to list one of his property management clients' condos for sale. He managed the building so the seller thought it was best he not also sell the condo. He asked me to do it and of course, as I always did, I staged it for the seller. Lance walked in and said, "WHOA! Who staged this?" After I told him I had staged it, he asked me to do all his stagings for him. One thing led to another, and next thing you know, I am no longer selling real estate, but helping my friends and colleagues sell their listings with amazing staging.
