WOW. Realtors love to call things "sun-drenched" and "sunny" this or that. But this one is actually FILLED with sun. I especially loved that dining nook with its sun pouring in from both sides. This was a super neat home with all the right features to make it easy to shine it up and send it out to find the right buyer. Shine it does!
