This one was a special challenge. It was HUGE, and due to the price point and target market of this home, my typical vibe wasn’t going to fit this colonial in AU Park. So, I did the unthinkable… I rented furniture. I didn’t want massive (generic) furniture in my inventory. I learned a few tricks from the furniture rental company I will use in the future, so that was a good learning experience. This one is a bit more… neutral than I typically go for. I think I still made it look stunning with fun art and accessories, just in a more muted palette. Don’t worry; the other one I’ll be posting this week is back with the funk and maybe the funkiest one yet, so stay tuned! I got to do another kid's bedroom, used another great piece by Crate & Kids , and I even bought a teepee to do a kid's playroom in the attic bedroom! Love it!!
