This condo was one I had staged before, it was actually one of the first properties I staged as a Realtor. This time around, the seller invested in updates, and I was able to project manage and design the upgrades. The objective was to brighten the space as it is on the second floor and doesn't get much light. We painted the walls a creamy white, Sherwin Williams' Glacier Bay, upgraded the carpet to a light beige tight loop, added new lighting, and staged it in creams and earth tones.
