This home was an example of, “listen to your REALTOR.” We listed this condo and were unable to get any bites on it. After much back and forth and lots of time on the market, I was able to convince the Seller that we needed to do some updates.

We updated the kitchen with new cabinets in white with white and black quartz counters and coordinating floors and added brand new stainless steel appliances.

In the bathroom, we opted to re-tile rather than reglaze the tiles as some were cracked and overall had seen better days and needed replaced. We used the same tile that we used in the kitchen floor and upgraded the vanity, lighting, and medicine cabinet.

A new coat of paint throughout all the rooms and a new bedspread finished the update and we were able to do this all for around $10K. He got all that and more back when he sold the condo in about a month after the renovation.
